Another boring day i knew i had to get out for a while. I suggested the idea of a night exploring trip to Bitty and she was all for the proposed idea. We dressed for the weather, grabbed the flashlights and gear and hit the road. No real destination in mind we kept a lookout for any abandoned buildings and checked out an abandoned rail line. Not much to see on the spots we had in mind we did find a few farmhouses and checked out a familiar place on the way back.
Some events from the trip include:
- a skunk walking down the road back and forth in front of my car
- many frogs on the road
- hearing a large rustle in the grass at an abandoned house
- fireflies all over
- Bitty not being able to say mosquito correctly
- trying to teach Bitty how to use my camera in the dark *sigh*
- ticks!

Those last two photos are amazing, particularly the one of the rocks. I'm so jealous - I have to deal with the city flooding the sky with light anywhere near by, and certainly no interesting rock formations.
MOAR PLZ!
